Phillip Bazzini

Phillip Bazzini is the owner/operator of Tenafly Strong exercise studio with over 27 years of coaching experience. He has as BS degree in exercise science. MS degree in kinesiology, and is a former DI track and field athlete (Hurdles). He is a certified exercise physiologist (ACSM), strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA), health coach (ACE), and nutrition coach (Pn LI). He lives in Tenafly with his wife and three young children.


Angelo Todaro

Angelo Todaro is a fitness, nutrition, and sports performance professional with over 10 years of coaching experience with clients ranging from suburban soccer moms, NFL Pro Bowlers, and UFC Champions. Through a personalized, client-centric approach, he has helped many reach and exceed their fitness, performance and body composition goals. He is dedicated to providing an incredible, result-driven and coaching experience every single day.

Michele Foster

Michele Foster

Michele has been in the fitness industry since 1996 as a gym owner and personal trainer. She is a former successful amateur bodybuilder and figure competitor competing in 9 shows placing no lower than top 3. She is National Strength & Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. She has worked with hundreds of clients over the years and is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals.


Solana Lewis

Solana Lewis has been been coaching for over 5 years, and has worked with a multitude of clients with different goals and abilities. She has coached clients who are looking to lose weight and get stronger and leaner, as well as athletes in track and field, soccer players, powerlifters and more. Solana herself is a World Champion Powerlifter. She has obtained her bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and is a certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach. Solana is committed to helping her clients reach their fitness goals by using an individualized approach, and through teaching people to develop health lifestyle habits that they can always use to stay on track.
